Minister of Oil and Minister of State for National Assembly Affairs Dr. Ali Al-Omair commended the efforts being made by KOC to achieve its strategic objectives. The minister expressed support for the Company to overcome all the obstacles it faces.
This came during a field tour by the minister to KOC’s operations zone in North Kuwait where he was briefed by Company officials about the ongoing and future projects and plans.
Al-Omair was accompanied by KPC CEO Nizar Al-Adsani and they were received by KOC CEO Hashem Sayed Hashem and a number of his Deputies.
The tour included a number of oil installations in Kuwait such as BS 131 in Um Al-Aish, GC 15 and Rig 31 (NW-RA-7) in Roudhatain.
For his part, Hashem welcomed the minister and his delegation, while stating that NK is one of the biggest operations zone in KOC, whereas DCEO for North Kuwait Imad Sultan spoke about the operations carried out by various Groups and Teams within the Directorate.
